Tools necessary are, 1 stand up mixer, spoon and 1 medium bowl.
Ingredients:
1 pint heavy cream
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp vanilla
mix all together in stand up mixer bowl. Use whip attachment. whip on speed 2 for 2 minutes and then increase speed to 4 or 5. Whip at this speed for about 8-10 minutes or until thick and forms a peak. That’s it, now put on ice cream or use it for other snacks.
