Baby Back Ribs in the instant pot.
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TBSP Savory Maple rub Pampered Chef Tastebuds
- 1.5 tsp salt
- Barque Sauce-enough to cover ribs
Pat dry the ribs. Rub the rub/salt on the ribs until they are coated and place them on a rack in the instant pot with the 1.5 of liquid above. Set the instant pot on pressure cook for 30 minutes on high. Let it cook and natural release for 30 minutes. Once it has sat, remove the ribs and place on a cookie sheet. Cover the ribs with the sauce and back in the over for 10-15 minutes at 375.
