Pampered Chef

Hello everyone. I wanted to let you all know that I am no longer selling Pampered Chef. I was getting orders from robots and it was taking up a lot of time and energy. Facebook was removing posts that I shared but they didn’t remove the posts from other people. I really just enjoy going to peoples homes but a lot of people just aren’t ready. That’s okay. 😍 thank you for all you support and fun parties. ❤️

Baby Back Ribs

Instant Pot Ribs

Baby Back Ribs in the instant pot.

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 TBSP Savory Maple rub Pampered Chef Tastebuds
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • Barque Sauce-enough to cover ribs

Pat dry the ribs. Rub the rub/salt on the ribs until they are coated and place them on a rack in the instant pot with the 1.5 of liquid above. Set the instant pot on pressure cook for 30 minutes on high. Let it cook and natural release for 30 minutes. Once it has sat, remove the ribs and place on a cookie sheet. Cover the ribs with the sauce and back in the over for 10-15 minutes at 375.

Smoked Chicken

Tom smoked 2 chickens. They were good. It took 3 hours in the smoker and 1/2 hour resting time. He just used salt and pepper and sprayed it will vinegar water occasionally. The skin was rubbery but we probably could have put in under the broiler to crisp it.
