I love the heartiness of this chili.<br \/>2 tsp olive oil<br \/>1\/2 lg onion sliced small<br \/>1 lb smoked sausage<br \/>3\/4 lb of cooked chop meat.<br \/>1 large can chili beans mild<br \/>1 can diced tomatoes.<br \/>2 envelopes beef bullion<br \/>1 cup water<br \/>1 TBSP cumin<br \/>2 tsp salt<br \/>2 TBSP chili powder<br \/>Heat oil and onion till onion is soft. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes till sausage starts to brown. Add chop meat, beans, tomatoes, bullion, water, cumin, salt, and chili powder. Mix and then cook for at least 20 minutes. Taste, if necessary add salt or more chili powder.
