Using the hand blender blend egg mixture and add oil at the same time. Mixture will continue to get thick as you add oil. Keep adding oil till the thickness you desire is achieved. We like it thick. This should take about 5 minutes including prep time. Mayo will be good in container in fridge for about 5 days. Please label and date this mayo. It makes about 1 cup of mayo.<br \/>You can also make it for any specific purpose. This mayo is made for a sandwich. You can make it different by adding different spices.
